Frequently asked questions
- I already have a listing, but I do not know who created it.
- It happens often: Google creates listings automatically. We claim management of the existing listing in your name, without creating a second one.
- Can you guarantee a number of reviews?
- No, and be wary of anyone who does. Reviews come from your customers. What we guarantee is that asking for them no longer depends on your memory.
- Can you delete a bad review?
- Only Google can, and only if the review breaks its rules. We can help you reply to it, which matters more to the person reading than the rating itself.
- Do the cards work with every phone?
- NFC works with almost every recent phone, Android and iPhone alike. For the rest, the QR code printed on the card does the same thing.
- Do I need to be a Rechamada customer?
- No. The listing and the cards work on their own. It is the automatic request after every job that requires Rechamada.
